For some reason, President Donald Trump felt the need to attack former intelligence officials on Saturday for criticizing his decision to tweet a classified image of a failed rocket launch in Iran. The problem is that none of them issued any such critical statements.
Earlier this week, Iran attempted to launch a rocket, but something went wrong and a catastrophic explosion occurred. Satellite images show the damage at the site in stunning detail. And we only know that because Trump once again released classified intelligence to the public through his Twitter feed insisting that the United States had no involvement in the explosion and to taunt the Iranians.
The United States of America was not involved in the catastrophic accident during final launch preparations for the Safir SLV Launch at Semnan Launch Site One in Iran. I wish Iran best wishes and good luck in determining what happened at Site One. pic.twitter.com/z0iDj2L0Y3

Trump’s tweet basically tips off adversaries that we have the ability to get really clear detailed images by using spy satellites, and it gives them the opportunity to get better at hiding in the future so that our satellites won’t be as useful at gathering intelligence.
So, that just made the intelligence community’s job even harder.
Trump has received criticism ever since he tweeted the image, and on Saturday, Trump fired back at former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, former FBI Director James Comey and former CIA Director John Brennan for daring to “scold” him.
Being scolded by failed former “Intelligence” officials, like James Clapper, on my condolences to Iran on their failed Rocket launch. Sadly for the United States, guys like him, Comey, and the even dumber John Brennan, don’t have a clue. They really set our Country back,….

….but now we are moving forward like never before. We are winning again, and we are respected again!

There’s just one problem. None of the three former officials has criticized Trump for his Iran tweet. None of them have released any sort of public statement, nor have they mentioned anything about the incident on Twitter. In short, Trump is lashing out at imaginary criticism.
All this does is demonstrate that Trump is insane and has no idea what he is doing or what he is talking about. And it certainly justifies concern over his mental health. It’s too bad Trump’s cabinet won’t invoke the 25th Amendment, but imagining criticism that isn’t there sure seems to be a bad sign that the president is unfit for office.
