Four-Star General Slams Trump For Allowing Jared Kushner To Represent America

Retired four-star Army Gen. Barry McCaffrey is not one to mince words or hold back. McCaffrey received three Purple Heart medals for injuries sustained during his service in Vietnam, two Silver Stars for valor, and two Distinguished Service Crosses — the second-highest U.S. Army award for valor.

He is the most decorated general in United States history. When he talks, we listen.

McCaffery recently spoke out against Trump and his treasonous connection with Putin when he tweeted the following:

Now he has some words for Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner. McCaffrey told MSNBC’s All In with Chris Hayes that:

“Putting Jared Kushner, a 30-something person with no foreign policy experience or defense policy experience, as a leading representative of the United States is simply outrageous.”

McCaffrey made his comments in response to a report by The Intercept, which alleged that Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman had boasted about having Kushner “in his pocket.”

“The officers of our government, under the constitution, have to be confirmed by the Senate whether they are ambassadors, generals or senior officials of the government. So reading out the State Department and having one-on-one contact with Jared Kushner, by phone and in person, is a huge threat to a rational policy making process. …

It just has no precedent, in my view, in American government in modern times, McCaffrey added. This is the personalization of a family business dealing with U.S. policy.”

The decorated general has every reason to be appalled by this most crooked administration and its never-ending acts of nepotism, not to mention its blatant disregard for the US Constitution. As of this moment, special counsel Robert Mueller is reportedly looking into whether Kushner’s financial ties have had any impact on the Trump administration’s policies.

Kushner’s enormous debts have many experts to believe that he used his high-security clearance to sell off American interests to foreign leaders who were willing to pay off his debts.
