Fox News has filed a legal brief in support of reinstating the press credentials of CNN White House reporter Jim Acosta, who had his press pass pulled a week ago for daring to relinquish a microphone while asking questions of President Donald Trump at a press conference.
On Tuesday, CNN filed suit in federal court accusing the Trump administration of violating the First and Fifth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution.
Howard Kurtz, media reporter for Fox, announced the amicus brief filed by his network in support of Acosta on Twitter:
Fox News President Jay Wallace says the network will file an amicus brief supporting CNN’s lawsuit against the White House over Jim Acosta

Within minutes, Fox fans lit up social media, criticizing their favorite source of alternative facts for daring to join the lawsuit or have anything to do with CNN:
First Tell me where the first amd guarantees you access to anyone and anywhere?
If I was @realDonaldTrump @PressSec I would solve the problem by NOT holding any press briefings! Kinda of takes the poor media (FYI that isn’t needed anymore) out of the POOR LITTLE OLD ME coverage!— Steve (@MACHTink) November 14, 2018
Fox is moving more liberal because the owners liberal sons are running it now. I’m starting to watch one America news more

Clearly, Fox News has its own Deep State problem.

Fuck CNN and fuck Fox News. You both suck.

The time has come to find a new voice for Republicans. FOX news has lost its focus. If I want to hear CNN, I know where to find them, and the rest of the left-wing liberal biased media. Say it ain’t so, FOX.

If the Supreme Court decides Trump must accept Acosta I hope he closes down all press briefings. Famous quote Andrew Jackson… The Supreme Court has made their decision let them enforce it

So it’s true. CNN controls the programming at Fox!!!

Poor little Fox fans. They just can’t seem to grasp the concept of a free press unless that freedom includes the media showering their political savior with nothing but endless praise.
