Mike Flynn Jr. Says David Hogg’s Parents Didn’t ‘Smack’ Him Enough Growing Up

Michael Flynn Jr., son of disgraced former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn, is apparently not satisfied with the shame of being the subject of an investigation that could’ve land him in prison for decades if his father hadn’t pled guilty to save his hide.

Flynn Jr. has now decided to join the debate on gun control and go after one of the brave student survivors calling for sensible gun control in the aftermath of the mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in February.

On his Twitter feed, Flynn attacked Parkland student activist David Hogg by posting this:

The younger Flynn’s remarks come in the same week that Fox News host Laura Ingraham got into hot water by attempting to humiliate Hogg by noting that he’d been rejected by several colleges he had applied to. Hogg, it should be noted, carries a 4.1 grade point average and will likely do well at whatever college or university he attends. Dozens of advertisers have dropped their sponsorship of Ingraham’s show.

Reaction to Flynn’s hateful Twitter posting was swift:

Commenting on the backlash over his remarks, Flynn only made matters worse:

One wonders if Flynn Jr. is familiar with the following expression: Those who live in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones.
