Trump attacks ‘wacky nut job’ Ann Coulter and claims the wall is already ‘being built’

President Donald Trump decided he’d go on the offensive once again and lash out at right-wing commentator Ann Coulter, accusing her of being a “nut job.”

Trump and Coulter have been feuding to months now, ever since Coulter called the president “gutless” when it came to getting his wall on the U.S.-Mexico border built, writing:

“On the basis of his self-interest alone, he must know that if he doesn’t build the wall, he has zero chance of being re-elected and a 100 percent chance of being utterly humiliated. He’s in trouble now. As absurd as the Russia nonsense is, the details about Trump’s sleazy associates, the porn star, the Playboy playmate and his seedy business practices leave his supporters feeling queasy, even if he hasn’t committed any crimes.”

Not long afterward, Trump shut down the government, demanding billions for his wall. House Democrats refused to relent, and the president was forced to reopen the government and declare a national emergency in the desperate hope he can steal the money he needs for his long-promised wall.

Saturday evening, Trump fired off two tweets dealing with Coulter and the wall:

Despite what Trump claims, new sections of the wall are NOT being built. He’s told that same lie before, but the fact is that no wall is currently being constructed, as others on Twitter reminded him:
