After watching Fox News Thursday morning, President Donald Trump issued a threat via Twitter to close the border with Mexico with troops from the U.S. military:
I am watching the Democrat Party led (because they want Open Borders and existing weak laws) assault on our country by Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador, whose leaders are doing little to stop this large flow of people, INCLUDING MANY CRIMINALS, from entering Mexico to U.S…..

HuffPost reports that Trump’s favorite morning “news” show, “Fox and Friends,” ran a segment on a caravan of immigrants from Central America:
“The president appeared to have been referring to a caravan of migrants now traveling through Honduras and Guatemala en route to the border.
“Since 2008, immigrants in Central America have organized caravans to flee political and humanitarian crises, including corruption and gang violence, seeking asylum in Mexico or the United States.”
Keep in mind this is the very same president who promised to make Mexico pay for a wall on the Southern border, which he now insists American taxpayers will be forced to foot the bill for.

Here’s a suggestion for Donald Trump, offered free of charge: Turn off the TV, put away your cell phone, and try to do a couple of hours of real work. Otherwise, resign and go play golf.
