President Donald Trump went on a Twitter rampage Wednesday morning, during which he demanded that NBC fire more people and investigate Morning Joe host Joe Scarborough.
TODAY Show host Matt Lauer was fired after an NBC staffer accused him of sexual assault, reports note.
So, Trump, ever the hypocrite, took to Twitter to gloat while also using the news to call for the firing of top NBC executives Andy Lack and Phil Griffin. Trump also demanded an investigation of Morning Joe host Joe Scarborough.

So now that Matt Lauer is gone when will the Fake News practitioners at NBC be terminating the contract of Phil Griffin? And will they terminate low ratings Joe Scarborough based on the “unsolved mystery” that took place in Florida years ago? Investigate!

Trump is referring to the intern who was found dead in Scarborough’s Florida office when he was a congressman. Law enforcement investigated and cleared Scarborough of any wrongdoing, ruling that the woman had a heart condition that caused her to faint and hit her head on the desk. There was no evidence of foul play.
Scarborough responded to Trump’s tweets by calling them “bizarre” and calling his mental health into question.

Trump likely took shots at the Morning Joe host because he criticized his attack on CNN International, which Scarborough pointed out puts American journalists overseas in danger.
But let’s not forget that Donald Trump is a complete hypocrite by gloating about Matt Lauer’s firing.
After all, over a dozen women accused Trump of sexual assault and he freely admitted to sexually assaulting women on tape by bragging about grabbing them by their genitals without consent.
So, if anyone should be investigated and fired, it’s Trump.
It sounds like NBC will be joining CNN’s boycott of Trump’s White House Christmas party.
