According to Attorney General William Barr, a redacted version of the report compiled by Special Counsel Robert Mueller will be made available to Congress and the public this week, but it remains to be seen exactly how much of the report will be held back from view.
So far, all we have is a four-page summary from the attorney general, and attorney George Conway (who just so happens to be the husband of White House counselor Kellyanne Conway) thinks that the Barr summary may not have cleared President Donald Trump of colluding with Russia.
Sunday morning on Twitter, Conway responded to a tweet from a Reuters reporter who had been seeking to find out what exactly the difference between “no ‘evidence’ and ‘not enough evidence to make a finding.'” Conway said he had some questions of his own on that matter:
Yes, please do. It’s a critical distinction, and one not hard to understand. If Mueller had used the words “no evidence of a conspiracy or coordination” (i.e., no collusion), you can be damned sure Barr would have quoted those words. But Mueller didn’t, and Barr didn’t. https://t.co/dkLxnEWPQz

So perhaps Trump wasn’t cleared by Mueller, but Barr made it appear that way in order to buy the White House time to spin a web of lies in the hope of obscuring the truth from getting to people.
Others on social media also wondered about the subtle difference raised by the Retuers report and Conway:
I wonder how much of the report Barr will disclose. The man has gone already very far IMO to downplay its conclusions. It’s come to the point that in order to defend himself as much as Trump, he might be tempted to hide some embarrassing details with clever redacting. Beware!

George Conway is right on the money. If Mueller had used the words “no evidence of collusion and obstruction of justice”, Barr would definitely have used them.

There’s a really good reason GOP is doing everything in their power to block Trump’s tax information and Mueller report if it was good news for Trump it would be public and on fox propaganda 25 hrs a day
